The Department of Computer & Information Science & Engineering (CISE) offers accredited bachelor’s of science degrees in computer science, computer engineering and digital arts & sciences. In addition, the department offers master’s of science degrees in computer science, computer engineering and digital arts & sciences, and doctoral degrees in computer science, computer engineering and Human-Centered Computing. Its educational programs deal with the theory, design, development and application of computer systems and information-processing techniques.

CISE Excellence Fund

This fund was established to support the department’s diverse efforts to prepare future leaders in the field computer science and computer engineering. Used at the discretion of the Chair, this fund provides our students and faculty with resources that provide immediate impact to the department’s highest and most pressing needs. Gifts to this fund help provide a world-class experience to both students and faculty at the University of Florida.
