Minutes of  OCEAN meeting

1. Erwin gave a presentation on UML and said that he would be
distributing notes on the same soon. The presentation was prepared by
Erwin, Nitin and Rajesh.Thanks to them!
2. We should produce as many UML diagrams(views) as possible. Erwin
suggested we read "Design Patterns" to get a good insight into
design issues and topics.
so that people can get a deeper insight into OCEAN.
3.The UF press office has been impressed by our project and
has contacted Dr. Frank in order to make a public release. He 
would be interviewed the second Monday from now in this regard.
If  possible, we should prepare a demo for the person visting 
from the press office.
4.Dr. Frank is considering to offer OCEAN as a "Special
Topics", 2-credit course and also spoke of possible TAships 
for some OCEAN students. The topic would be general, maybe
"Grid Based Computing" or "Market Based Computing".
Current students can mentor the new students and also we can arrange
some guest lectures of people working in closely related projects.
Great idea!
5. There would be a presentation in 116 at 6pm by Nachiket and Pinkesh.
6. The teams exchanged comments on the designs and will be discussing 
further about this.
