In general, we do not handle advising by phone. Email and Zoom is the preferred method of communication at this time. Quick questions can be addressed by email at ugadvisors@cise.ufl.edu. Allow at least two business days for a response. During peak periods, response time may be longer – up to seven days. If a student strongly prefers meeting in person, we will make arrangements.

UF Online Students: should continue to contact Matt Williams at mwilliams@eng.ufl.edu for any advising needs. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS include your UFID when corresponding, and ALWAYS email from your ufl address.

*Please note: students should check their ufl email every day. It is the ONLY way we have to officially communicate to our students. If we send a message that the student fails to read and that failure negatively affects the student in some way, it is the student’s responsibility.
