5 Faculty Members to Receive UF Term Professorships

Faculty members Arunava Banerjee, Ph.D.; Kevin R. B. Butler, Ph.D.; Tamer Kahveci, Ph.D.; Meera Sitharam, Ph.D.; and Daisy Zhe Wang, Ph.D.; from the Department of Computer & Information Science & Engineering have been selected to receive the University of Florida Term Professorship award for 2018-2021.

The university offers 250 term professorships every year. The professorships recognize faculty who have established a distinguished record of research and scholarship that is expected to lead to continuing distinction in their field.
