My name is Wenjie Yuan. I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer & Information Science & Engineering at the University of Florida. I received my M.S. and B.S. from the Nanjing University of Science & Engineering in China. I am working with Dr. Markus Schneider, and my research focuses on spatial modeling of indoor navigation systems, especially to design data structures for database storage and navigation strategies for way finding. The goal of my research is to implement an elementary system that can provide users optimal routes in indoor space according to their requirements.
