Please note that although aCute is freely available to researchers, it may not be sold or included in commercial products without a license. Also, it relies heavily on the Triangle software. So, you need to download (and license) the Triangle software separately in order to compile and run aCute.

This software has been tested and implemented on Linux machines. Please note that, for visualization of the output triangulations, it requires XWindows.
