Automatic Alignment for Brain MRI

The reproducible alignment means that it is a consistent alignment for the follow-up scans of the same patient characterized by 'no motion' when switching between aligned re-scan images.

Some results of the re-scan alignment are shown as following. Our algorithm produces high reproducible results in terms of contrast change, growing tumor, bent neck, FOV change, noise etc. , between the first scan and the follow-up scan.
