We discussed bi-weekly jam dates for the rest of the semester and try to come up with a tentative list. We also discussed three upcoming events:
-- The Sept 22 Maharajapuram concert in Jacksonville
--The Sept 30 (5-7pm, ICEC) Gandhi Jayanthi Sitar concert by Ustad Shahid Pervez, one of the major artistes of the Etawah/Imjadkhani Gharana, at the ICEC.
--The Oct 7 (5-7pm CPA) Shobana Bharatanatyam-fusion dance-drama organized by Asha UFlorida at the CPA.
