The students who are diligent, follow instructions, read the course materials, and attend office hours will find themselves the most successful in my courses. In order for you to glean any knowledge from a course, you must be willing to learn. Please see the CISE Student Services Center, drop in during my office hours, or refer to the syllabus when deciding which courses are appropriate for you. I am unable to tell you much about degree requirements these questions should be directed to student services. |

If you would like to pursue an individual study project or a senior project with me, the sooner you contact me, the more likely I am to be available. I am only able to accept so many projects in a given semester and prefer to have my projects finalized the semester prior. I will give the highest priority to students who have impressed me at a previous time (see notes for Current & Former Students). Approaching me with a clearly defined project idea is extremely beneficial. Here are the things I require of you during such projects. |

I am not a member of the graduate or undergraduate acceptance committees for CISE. Do not contact me regarding your current or potential status within CISE. I am unable to assist you and have no influence upon your acceptance into the University of Florida. See the CISE Student Services Center for assistance. |
