- Prepare & set up a large sequencing gel.
- Immediately before loading, heat samples 2-3 min in 95 C water bath,
then place on ice.
- Load 2-3 ul of each sample onto the gel.
- Load a size marker.
- Electrophorese the gel.
- Dry gel.
- Expose film.
- Develop film.
