Computational Molecular Biology

The references in this section are on computational molecular biology, in a more general context, and may not end up having any connection to our work in biological computation. I am cataloguing them here for now so I'll know I have them, but eventually they should probably be moved to a separate bibliography.

Stahl & Goheen '63
Walter R. Stahl and Harry E. Goheen. "Molecular Algorithms." J. Theoret. Biol. 5:266-287, 1963.

Shows that the operations that cells perform on macromolecules are computable, which is of course instantly obvious to any programmer. Worth a look though, for its historical value in computational molecular biology.
