Homework/Project Submission Guidelines (Using E-Learning)
This instruction is intended to give you some guidelines for your homework/project submission using E-Learning.
- Login to E-Learning
The homepage of E-Learning(http://lss.at.ufl.edu/) looks like Figure 1. You can use your Gatorlink Username and Password to login the E-Learning.

After login, you'll see the home page of My E-Learning (Figure 2), where you can see all the courses you've registered. Certainly, you can also see CGS3220 on this page, Figure 2.

Follow the link of our course, you'll come to the course homepage on E-Learning (Figure 3). All the projects are available from the link Assignment. You can also get access to your grades for homework/projects and exams when they come available as the course going on.

- Homework/Project Submission
Following the project link, you'll come to the page for editing submission, where you can see Edit submission on the right hand side. You can either type in the weblink of your homework/project file, or add the file as an attachment. There are two modes for editing text submission by turning on/off the HTML Creator. If you want to add attachments for your submission, simply click on Add Attachments and follow the next step.

- Locating your file(s)
A pop-up window will come up after you clicking on Add Attachment from last step (Figure 5). Click on My Computer, highlighted in red box, to locate the file(s) on your computer or My Files to locate the file(s) already on your E-Learning account.

- Uploading Attachment
After locating the file(s), click open to upload the attachment (Figure 6).
Note: Add attachment with the same name will overwrite the previous file.

- Review submission
After successfully adding the attachments, you can review the submission before you submit it (Figure 7). In case you are not ready to submit, you have the choice to save the submission as draft by simply clicking Save As Draft. This allows you to come back to this same page next time when you login E-Learning.

- Confirm Submission
When you are ready to submit the homework/project, click Submit to confirm the submission. E-Learning will give a successful acknowledgement after processing the submission. (Figure 8)

- Change Submission
In case you may want to change it after submission, we allow you to take back the submission and edit again. Follow the Assignment link, you'll see the page looks like Figure 9.

Click the tab Submitted (Figure 10), you'll see your previously submitted homework/project. (Figure 11)

- Take Back Submission to Inbox
As you can see in Figure 11, the highlighted button is the tool you will use to take back the previous submission and put it into the Inbox folder.

- Locate and Edit your Submission
Go to your Inbox folder under Assignment, you can see the submission you took back from previous step (Figure 12). Follow the link, you'll see the page in Figure 7, then you can edit/submit again.
