  2. UFID
  3. CISE account
  4. e-mail address
  5. secret grade id*
Only numeric characters ('0'~'9') are allowed for the secret id.
* secret grade id: We will use this id to post your grades. It should be exactly 4 digit
 NUMBER not starting with 0. (e.g, "4321", "1230") To prevent duplication, send 3 for
 each, with the order of your preference.
