Team Postmortem

Completion of this assignment is required in order to pass the course. This is an INDIVIDUAL assignment.

Due the next class after presenting

Your team postmortem (minimum of 500 words) will be broken into the following sections:

1. What were the goals and did you achieve them?
2. Were the schedule, resources, feature set, and quality expectations realistic for achieving the set goals?
3. Critique your team's presentation. What went right? What went wrong?
4. What are the lessons you learned?
5. What will you do differently on next time? How could the presentation be improved? Provide an overview of a presentation structure if you had it to do over again.
6. For each member of the team, including yourself, provide
   • the percentage of the overall preparation/research did s/he did,
   • on a scale of 0-100, a rating her/his effort
   • on a scale of 0-100, what grade does s/he deserve
   • a sentence or more explaining why those assessments are accurate, fair, and just.
