MagicJack doesn't install a device driver, it acts like USB storage, any users can install.
The phone number follows the device, not the install.
Many times auto install doesn't. To kick start things, open "My Computer", from here you will see MagicJack as a drive letter, you will be able to click on the install program.
The install program pumps many files in a users profile - this is a problem, if your users have quota's or roaming profiles.

You must be logged in to receive or make phone calls.
There is currently no Linux Client.
Call forwarding does not appear to work.
Voice Mail is problematic if more than one user is assigned.
Sometimes there is an echo effect - this can sometimes be fixed by adjusting the volume on the Softphone.
There is no way to deploy this software by doing push installs - there is no central management.
When making local calls you must dial the area code.
Sleep/Hibernate will keep you from receiving phone calls.
MagicJacks use about 90k of bandwidth per device
