The purpose of Just-In-Time-Training is to provide training before the execution of a previously learned or trained task. A computer training system has been developed to achieve this goal using the following approaches: 1.) Hardware simulation to reduce cost and most importantly to enhance learning and 2.) User action monitoring to guide the user with feedback or hints to complete the task. Coupled with the fact that the training system is developed on the World Wide Web makes accessing easy and therefore provides "anywhere, anytime" training.
