Currently, I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at University of Florida, CISE Department, where I was also a member of the Database Center. I worked under the supervision of Dr. Tamer Kahveci and Dr. Sanjay Ranka. My research interests are Bioinformatics, databases and algorithm, with a focus on efficient computational methods for querying large biological network data sets, compound selection from large compound databases and extracting the useful information from large biological databases.
