BiographyAysegul Ozkan is a PhD candidate in Computer & Information Science & Engineering Department, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. She works under the supervision of Dr. Meera Sitharam on geometry of macromolecular and virus self-assembly and packing. Her research interests are in the fields of algorithms, computational geometry, machine learning. Aysegul Ozkan received her B.S. in computer science in 2007 from the Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.
