They are in UNIX compressed form, one file to each set in the collection. The sets correspond to those identified in the Users' Guide (in file userguide.ps.Z) Thus the BCSPWR set is designated as file bcspwr.data.Z. To access them you should ftp to orion.cerfacs.fr (138.63.200.33) and change directory to pub/harwell_boeing. Then after changing mode to binary (bin) you can "get" the files you want.
