Installation

NOTE: SOFA is currently installed only on the machine "lin313-10" in lab CSE 313.

To run SOFA programs, open your .tcshrc file (located in your home directory) and edit your "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" variable. To point it to the SOFA library folder add this to the end of your .tcshrc file: 

setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH ${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/cise/tmp/aganchha/SOFA/lib/linux

Sample Programs

OpenCL sample programs (executables) are located in the following directory: 

/cise/tmp/aganchha/SOFA/bin/
