This file explains the usage of the program.

(see FORMAT.txt for specification of data format)
============================================================

I) Usage :

    bview anyfile.bv

II) Installation:

   Setup For Windows:

     1. Unzip the file "BezierViewSv211b.zip", a directory called
        "BezierViewSv211b" should be created.

     2. Execute the "setup.exe"

     The program should install automatically.

= Double click any .bv file to view it with BezierView.
A list of examples can be found in data/ sub-directory.

   Setup For Unix/Linux:

     1. Untar the file BezierView.tar.gz using command

            tar -zxvf BezierView.tar.gz

A directory called BezierView/ should be created.

     2. Move the BezierView directory to a suitable location.
        e.g. under /usr/local/lib.

     3. Add the new BezierView/ path into the PATH environment variable.

     4. Use command
             bview anyfile.bv
to view any BezierView format datafile.
        (see examples at data/ subdirectory)

II) supports :
   - Tensor product Bezier patches
   - Tensor product rational patches
   - Triangle Bezier patches
   - Polyhedron
   - PN triangles, PN quadrilateral patches

III) features :
   - Gaussian/Mean/Max/Min curvature plot
   - Plane clipping
   - Position save/load
   - Object groups
different colors can be assigned to different groups
   - Environment mapping
      (Image file: room.bmp)

IV) File IN.crvBounds

   1. Use file IN.crvBounds to set the manual min and max curvature bounds.
If it doesn't exist, the program will automatically compute the
bounds. This feature is useful when the some interval of curvature
      values is of interest.

An example of content in IN.crvBounds:

       min: -0.4109
       max: 0.4109
