DATABASE PICNIC - SPRING 2003

We're planning to have our annual  Database  Center  Picnic  on Saturday,
May 3rd, 2003.  It will be held at RAINBOW SPRINGS STATE PARK, Hwy 41, 3 miles 
north of Dunnellon, Florida.  Admission is about $1.00/person.  See Sharon for
a map or directions (take 121 to Williston, then take 41 south).

Please sign up for picnic by May 2nd - the sign-up sheet is in my office. 
We are asking that everyone bring some food to share (we get a very nice variety 
usually!). Either cook something that is your specialty or buy something if you're 
not good at cooking.  I will be collecting about $4 per person for purchasing the
beverages and picnic supplies.  We will be doing some BBQ.  I will bring badminton
and Frisbees, etc.  Please bring lawn chairs, if you have some.

The plan will be:  Arrival about 10 a.m.  Those who arrive early, please
save some picnic tables close together.

     10 - 12:30 Volleyball or swimming 
     about 1:00 gather for the Picnic Lunch 
     after lunch -  more activities or relax

Let me know if you have any questions.  If you need a ride, we'll try to
find someone to take you there.  Please let us know in advance.

I hope that everyone can come!  Your family and friends are welcome, too. 
This is the best event of the year - so don't miss it!
