By the cut-off-date on June 30, 2010, the discount conference rate per night (available for July 17 -- 22, 2010) for reservation:

• VND 2,430,000 (approx. USD 135.00) for single occupancy and VND 2,673,000 (approx. USD 148.50) for double occupancy.
• The room rate is inclusive of a daily buffet breakfast served in Feast Restaurant, and subject to 5% of service charge and 10% of government taxes.
• After the cut-off-date, normal rates will be applied.

Make your arrangements for entry into Vietnam EARLY. These arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.

Overseas participants entering Vietnam should possess a passport with valid visa which can be obtained at the Vietnamese Embassies or Consulates in the corresponding countries. Visas are exempted for the citizens of the countries, which have signed a bilateral visa exemption agreement with Vietnam, including Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Laos.
