08/04/2009: NEW Final Exam for on-campus students will be from 2:00PM to 4:00PM in room 122 in CISE building ground floor on August 5th, Wednesday.

07/25/2009: You can access Homework 4 here . It is due on 4:00 PM EDT on 1st.

06/30/2009: Exam 3 for on-campus students will be from 2:00PM to 4:00PM in room 122 in CISE building ground floor.

06/30/2009: Exam 2 for on-campus students will be from 2:00PM to 3:30PM in room 122 in CISE building ground floor.

06/05/2009: Exam 1 for on-campus students will be from 2PM-4PM in room 122 in CISE building ground floor.

06/01/2009: All EDGE students should get a Primary and a Secondary Proctor. Please e-mail me the details of your proctors before Friday. EDGE students should also finish the exam on the day posted here. Please inform me 2 days in advance if you cannot take it on that day. 06/01/2009: Since we have fewer students this time I am allowing e-mail submission. All such submissions should be before 4PM EDT. Any submissions through FAX should be sent before 4:45PM EDT. Solutions are generally posted around 5PM.

04/29/2009: Here is a Sample Pretest which the students are encouraged to take. It will help you understand the mathematical pre-requisites for this course. Please note that the exam will not be graded by the teaching assistants and is provided entirely for self-evaluation purposes. Answers shall be posted by the second week of class. If the self-evaluation results are not satisfactory, one should brush up his/her mathematical background.
