          In their description of the chat servers and taking on neighbors based on a random selection process.  What about servers that don't have enough memory to store both neighbors and non-neighbors?

          Our only Conn was I don't see how a server knows the name of the server sending the message, or its IP, or its Port, because its sending Port is usually much different than its receiving Port.  They detailed command structure very well, but I don't see message structure.
