Discussion Details
Week #9 (October 27, 2009)
During your ninth discussion complete these activities:
- Present any created Presentation II materials: framework, slides, or data. If you have not done so, begin work on your presentation.
It is recommended that you begin by creating a presentation outline and slide template structure. Following this, create the content
for the individual slides. Presentation guidelines
are given here.
- Present the next week's activity plan. This includes the groupwide activities and goals, as well as the
identification and distribution of responsibilities for all group members for the upcoming week.
- Group member by group member, review with me your individual completion of action items over the
past week and your individual schedule of action items for the upcoming week.
Due Week #10 (November 3, 2009)
Between the ninth and tenth discussions complete these activities:
- Create Presentation II. You will be presenting the progress you have made and activities you have been working on to
the entire class (Presentation II) given in lecture on November 2, 4, 6, 9, & 13 2009. Presentation guidelines
are given here.
Your contact manager will submit a soft copy of your presentation, using
e-Learning Support Services,
by the end of the day on November 1. Bring three hard copies of the presentation, one copy each for
Hale, Jeff, & Pete, to lecture on
Monday, November 2.
- Create Progress Report II. Recall, it is due Tuesday, November 3, 2009. This report will describe
your individual work on the group project since your previous progress report and up until this time. You will submit a hard copy in
discussion and a soft copy using e-Learning Support Services before 11:59 PM.
- If you have not already done so, begin working on your Test Plan. Items necessary within your test plan are: the general outline of
your testing methodology (black box types, white box types, etc), a test case template, test cases, a test result reporting template,
and a testing schedule. Your test plan is due November 10, 2009. Note, this is not the due date for executing your test plan, merely
the date by which to have the plan in place.
- Work on your project focusing on the current stage in your selected process model.
- Update the group process log and your individual timesheets by the end of the day Monday, November 2..
